What do I need to provide? +

Read-only access to your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) or a recent export of your expense data. We’ll walk you through exactly what we need on the initial call.

How long does the audit take? +

48 hours. Once we have access to your data, we turn around the full audit and report within two business days.

Is this just for large businesses? +

No. We’ve found savings opportunities in businesses of all sizes. Even lean operations often have subscriptions, duplicate charges, or vendor relationships worth a second look.

What happens after the audit? +

You get a written report with findings and recommended next steps. From there, you can act on the recommendations yourself or engage Osprey CFO for ongoing expense management.

What if you don’t find any savings? +

If we do not identify potential annual savings equal to at least 2x the $297 audit fee, you may be eligible for a refund. Terms apply. This is an operational expense review — not a financial statement audit, tax audit, or assurance engagement.
